I'm not too sure about this one, it seems like a pretty loose transition that would leave the person room to roll to guard. You could maybe catch someone once with this technique, but they won't fall for it a second time. I would try to work for the back in this situation before going for a technique that could risk giving up position- especially if someone turtles up like here with their arms out and all that space exposed for your hooks.
