okay first thing is first the barman never wanted to discuss about the missing person so thats a SUSPECT next thing why is his work place so far away from his favourite bar and why open the bar at such an early time why would he be in the mountains? could his car have been placed there was his body in the car?

Conclusion: the officer in mountains didn't do the test because would be afraid of it showing up as negative (no alcohol) so i think he did it! and the barmen aswell
