Which is really what this symbol represents. I was never a huge fan of Kerry, but cut the man some slack. I highly doubt this was a secret mission to put anti-/religious symbolism in an ad. I'm more likely to bet that his campaign thought having the star rotated like that would give a fresh feel. =B
