@hobnobskater yes but bear in mind when it does reload its slower reload than the normal pistols. So 5 fast shots followed by 0.9 reload, vs 0.65 reload on every shot on normal pistol. Most of these clips on youtube show it been done with the red dragon which defeats the purpose as the first time you dont have that gun. In my view the 3rd round is eaisest as all close together and 2nd round the hardest.

you have to pay some guy (forgot name, the one with the camera in beginning) but it has to be before you go into the spire to get garth. the guy would be on top of the hill next to the pub you'll see the " ! " as soon as you walk in the town

Buuuuuut I'm having problems with shooting range. Some headshots are only counting as one point (yes I'm shooting the head, not the neck) and the targets tend to move just as I'm about to shoot them.

Before you go to the spire there is a hill where you give barnum 5,000 gold and he will turn it into a small village.

Does the pistol matter? I have a steel clockwork pistol and a rusty turret pistol. Im normally only a few points away but pretty much for every 2 kills i get the comes out of zoom mode and just shoots normally and then takes me a while to get it to go back in to zoom. Any help? ty

it's the best pistol in the game with it's auguments that make you deal more damage and take less and make the pistol faster as it has a rate of 182 damage per second and it can go as fast as your finger can.

Before you leave for the spire the first time, there is someone who asks that you invest 5,000 gold. Whenever you return from the spire 10 years later Westcliff is fully developed & the shooting ranged has been switched from shooting civilians to shooting bandits.
