"cadenze" would be the plural, because it comes from the verb "Cadere", or "to fall"..lol Sorry I'm so picky ;) Italian is my second language.

I think Tzvi is one of the best Chopin players on YouTube, his interpretation of Fantasie Impromptu is one of the best i've heard.
