ok... so I'm going to contact these higher entities, guides, beings, etc... The thing is, I could see it in partum and cried with my soul and it kind of cleansed my eyes and I could see things in a new light. There was this entity which I couldn't fully visualize but it was a part of my higher self and I believe it exists as a whole light being/personal/interdimensiona­l God.

I want to project higher and higher but even when it resonates with my energy it is like pure love. It sounds like it is saying that it is deconstructing my astral body and bringing my thoughtforms into a more dissociative ego state rather than the enlightened death state realizations. Any advice for when I meet them in full?

I feel like my best choice is just to see my self in pure fractal zoom and basically just "blow up" with love, realization, focus, etc. and accept whatever comes. That way I can learn to let go and reach higher and see things in the true state right? Rather than conceptualizing and breaking down the true essence of the higher emotional states of being.

I mean the explanations in this video are stated as fact. So my question is, how could you possibly know these things to BE fact? How would you verify?

Very interesting subject matter, but how can ANYONE have access to this kind of information? I don't mean to say that people's individual experiences are some sort of hallucination or that they didn't experience what they claimed, but to be able to draw any sort of reasonable conclusions about these experiences seems to discount the possibilities of what they were and skips over other possible explanations, doesn't it?

and I was touched in my face and legs during that period. My little brother remembers this too, so he's my witness. Then my daughter told me she saw a small oval blackish thing expand outwards than back in again. We were scared for a couple hours but I feel very protective over my family and my own home. I believe in life and growth and love and any being who lives in this way is welcome, bodied or inbodied. But that was wild, that was so amazingly vivid and real. I have always felt good or bad energies but never saw them. I agree with this video, and entities are real just like living people.

I and my daughter have actually SEEN these greyish shadows. A friend of hers spent the night we didn't know very well and she was very self-focused and rude to my youngest 2yr. old girl. She started talking about dead spirits ect. and then I got this feeling of 'kicking her out', I felt like she was inviting stuff into my home. Yes, in the audio files here she does actualy say meditation, rolfing, rebirthing, masage, shiatus, tai chi etc, all raise energy, and what i like specifially is spinning counter clockwise as taught in the video. Alot changed for me when i listend to the audio many times and practiced what they said, i cant wait to read the book you meantion.

I would recomend the pleiadian channelings by barbara marciniak.

They teach alot and the more you listen, the more you understand it all. They give specifics on how to raise your energy and then you very well can see this auric field possesion with your eyes, in thier eyes. Its alarming at first, but also, I knew what it was when i saw it, but it did startle me, so I was ready and I did ask to see it first, so ask and you shall receive. Gods of eden also, says we are meat pupets 4 dimensionals.

I've read all of Barbara Marciniak's books. She's awesome. But she doesn't give you techniques on how to "raise your energy". The Pleiadian Workbook is different from Barbara Marciniak's books. However, I do recommend reading Barbara's books as well.

So I usually gather information from the internet and write it all down. I'm becoming closer and closer. I just hope I can find a mentor,or that the information in the internet is enough..

This is very interesting. I believe in what you are saying here. I have heard and read some similar accounts from Hindus, Krishnas and Spiritualists. Mostly with reguard to alchohol and drugs. It is said that the dead with adddictons thrive on the addictions of the living. What i find even more frightening with your explanation is their addiction to negative emotions. Could the entities, as you describe them not also represent the transmigration of the soul itself?

Is rebirth a bad thing?

Could there be some value in maintaining connections between worlds by hosting helpful "entities" or even working with or healing the "injured" ones?

Could the difference between a negative entity and a positive one simply be the level of conscious awareness?

Uh, this is kind of weird. Do you experience entities? What part of them is not your mind's creation? Try some meditation, open to your true nature, and grounding. We've got to be here on Earth while we can.
