i used to do that trick all the time, but with a bic pen. my tongue was pieced and i wore a 00ga. barbell, but when it was out, there was no trace of it on the top of my tongue...only if you looked at the underside. so i'd mess about once in a while while talking to someone by pretending i was chewing on the end of a marker and slipped and OOppSS! it went right through! omg! it amused the high schoolers i worked with anyway. i let the hole close once i started getting promoted to mgr type jobs.
