Being from Marwat tribe,I know;they are polite with positive approach towards a problem solving,but you are presenting the situations upside down.Always take both sides of any issue.While graduating from this college and hospital, I know,they are doing excel with the resources at hand.And when worked in UK and US hospitals,I observed that they r not better than us,but have an edge of technology and resourses.U seem to be from health profession;so dont present ur professionalism like this?
KTH is much better than portrayed in this video. With the very limited resources available, it is doing an excellent service. off course there are that can improved but you only showed the negative side which is heart breaking for people like us who learnt a lot there.
You just show the negative side of the hospital. Whatever it is, we have to thanks Allah that our people get sick so we have to take them there for getting better, I know, the wall paint or security stuff are theft but Allah watching them. We have to appreciate it on either ways. There weak points in every thing:P

The sad thing with our society is that they are totally against any constructive criticism. Once you highlight some problems all the replies a person gets is why you doin this, do you know what we have achieved.....this is complete arrogance!! If we are to praise things all day, then that means it is perfect and no need for change. You are praisin this hospital tryin to say it doesnt need improvement and justifyin the problems. Thats a wrong attitude.
what do i want to portray in this video??? I wanted to make a full documentary on this hospital, interview the doctors and so on. But there is no acceptance of such openess in these places...it was rejected 100% with complete arrogance from a Dr who didnt even want sit and discuss wat we wanted to do....we wanted to portray the problems in this hospital and what doctors/patients think needs improvement.
This hospital situated at the forefront of afghanistan healing wounds of all affected from 35 years of war. What do you want to portray in your video, do you have record of how many doctors, nurses and professional graduated from this hospital, how many people got new lives, how many professional other than doctors like myself working in developed countries like UK, USA.
It is 1100 beded hospital recieves more than 3500 patients daily both in OPD and Casualty. This building obsorbs students from KMC, KCD, Nursing and Postgraduate Students. Patient Admission rate is approx 650 daily, can you imagine having 24 crore budget meagre facilities and 40 years old structure, this would still a shinning hospital like RMI, Agha Khan or Shifa International.
What i can say to this is that if you want something to improve you have to highlight its negative side.....we need to get out of this culture of praising everything.

If we say KTH is great, then you are just stopping all those who want to improve it! So look ahead and do not be scared of constructive criticism it is a good thing.

Its the best hospital in Peshawar yet.
You just show the negative side of the hospital.
