  • I've had mine for a few years now and still works fine. Poking it like a pig on heat doesn't help mate.

    I'm sure if I kept doing that to you, you'd just give up and say "fuck it"...

  • My BEOSOUND3 does exactly the same as shown in the Youtube film. Now I just switch the radio off at the maons. You would have though B&O would have done the decent thing and arrange a re call

  • It is a very well known fault. The original touch panels were defective. After they are replaced it will work for many years. Contact your dealer, sorted!

  • Know that feeling. Touch panel on my device is again broken. WTF? B & O Promised to fix it but I wouldn't like carry it there every time after listening it for a day.

  • B&O Customer service is up there with Apple. So I think they'll probably sort it for you. As I'm sure you've already done!

  • they fixed mine free of charge for the second time because I threw a (written) tantrum. But this shows that no, they didn't fix it, not properly anyway.

    and the technician I talked to couldn't guarantee that the problem was definitely fixed.

  • This was a really common fault about 3 years ago. B&O will fix it (if you can get it to them that is).

  • The description says when something is wrong with it like blinking red very fast is something like internal fault

  • you B&O Product comes with a 3 year warranty. visit your local store and they will be happy to help

  • If you have warranty, you can bring it back and get a new one, Ban&Olufsen is a 100 times better than Bowers And Wilkens, in performance (and looks.. but thats my opinion)

  • My beosound 3 works wonders, i love B&O they worth every dollar i pay for it. I dont agree with you TheMrMayn but well there are people who just dont have the ear to notice a difference between the sound of a B&O and a old radio

  • Julianshield1 are you a product manager for B&O or something... You simply need glasses.. the only person who should be allowed to purchase an item similar to this is James Bond or someone who has more dollars then sense like yourself

  • @scotfever No Bang & Olufsen product is 'too expensive'. You pay for the quality. By the way evey company will make a defective product once in a while.

  • this B&O product is not an exception in being defective. I will never buy from them again, and I'll be sure to let them know. There is no way I'll pay 240 (and more) euros every other year.

  • Ok it's broken but it's not a caged animal at a zoo exhibit. Treat it with a bit of care. Banging it around like that I'm not surprised it's broken.

  • Send it back to B&O and let thim fix it.
