I don't own this version of "Do What You Gotta Do" on CD, but I do believe I recognize the giutar playing as Al Shackman's. He was Nina's loyal band member for many many years. I love his gentle, unobtrusive phrasing. It actually set me off on a sort of weird mindtrip when I first listened to one of Nina's recorded versions of "Suzanne", by Leonard Cohen, during which his playing gets more and more "psychedelic" as the stanzas unfold... GREAT.
