@MrCalebAlexander 9mm doesn't kick anywhere near as hard as a .44 mag and even if ur the size of lee haney only a retard shoots with the gun sidewaystrying to look "cool" or "gangsta" because it's inherantly inaccurate. In other words "you cant hit shit!" dumbass!
@MrCalebAlexander take ur "gangsta" gun knowledge sumwhere else and dont give advice to people thatll make them look like a complete idiot at the range
i love this gun, it seems as if you dont need robotic wrists to shoot it, like an S&W model 500 or a pfeifer zeliska .600 nitro express handgun, but it still packs a good punch to the target. But did he fire six shots or only five, quite frankly, i think he got to lost in the action to tell. Do you fell lucky, punk?
i have a .44 magnum model 29 from SnW. . . its got the 6 inch barrel.. (havent really measured it) only got 18 rounds with me (there's no shop in the philippines that sells that caliber, everybody's shooting 9's and 45's) if ever somebody tries to rob me in my house...they better be prepared to lose an arm or so.
First time I shot my 629 everyone at the range gathered around asking me "what the hell are you shooting?" They all had .22's and stuff. Then I shot them all. Just kidding. Should have though.
o cosa ti stai chiedendo: avra' sparato 5 o 6 colpi?
I prefer shotguns. ever seen photos of a point blank shotgun blast. Imagine how difficult it is for funeral directors reconstruct someone's face. Gets you thinking..
Nice gun. I own an older 629 .44 magnum with an 8 3/8" half lug barrel. It looks like he is shooting 44 special through it. The only problem with the 44 mag is the cost of the ammunition is very high. It can be as much as $35 for a box of 50. I can reload the ammo myself at a cost of $10 for 50 shots. It pays to learn how to reload.
Real man? Look, there is no such thing as a real man. I am sick of men calling themselves a real man when they hardly have the IQ of their own fuckin age.
it is double action but revolvers have a really heavy trigger pull if the hammer is not already cocked, not to mention you will be more accurate. Haven't you ever fired a revolver before?
Yes, I have done, but not a big bore. I know there are double-action big bores (like a lot of .44) but this revolver got this kinda vintage look so I thught that, my bad :P. And well you are right, its a heavy trigger pull! Easier to shoot if its already cocked.
For most people, myself included accuracy is improved by cocking the revolver and firing in single action mode as oppossed to firing in double action. With a huge magnum this is even more so because of the extremely sharp and sometimes painful felt recoil. I have 2 S&W Model 29's, one with a 4" barrel and the other with a 8 3/8" barrel. Shooting full power 44's in the four inch can be quite painful and definitely throw off my accuracy when I shoot double action.
S&W's are a true work of art, However a steady diet of hot loads will shake them apart. I've had one sent back to the factory after I simply wore out the trigger and hammer stud. Keith loads are the staple in these guns. Those PC guns are nice....I wanna get a john ross .500 soon
how is the trigger pull without cocking back the hammer? thanks for the vid.. i was on the fence about buying 629 light hunter and you just helped me make up my mind.
Nice...I still have a 6-incher pinned and recessed (629) that I've never fired. When I dry fire it, it feels like glass. I also have a 6-inch pinned and recessed Astra stainless that's almost as impressive (also never fired). One of these days....

mikelelub 2 years ago
titoortizY 2 years ago
ermatrofistone 2 years ago
tregazzelle 2 years ago
MarkTremonti91 2 years ago
titoortizY 2 years ago
titoortizY 2 years ago
