I love this series. The plot is always interesting and the characters are brilliant.

That said, sometimes Alex acts so self-absorbed and crazed I think the 1982 folks would think she's nuts. All the "I'm still alive" & "I'm going to leave very soon" speeches etc would cause her to lose credibility. Her wacky lines are sometimes so over-the-top that they seem out of character for someone who is as intelligent as she and who wants to keep her alternative existence a secret.

maybe operation rose is an actual operation in the hospital in real life. maybe the guy that came to alex whos also in a coma is about to be operated on (cuz in the last few mins of the previous episode the voice on the radio said something about a coma patient in room 2 having a siesure) so that could be symbolic. or the other coma patient could be sam tyler. maybe he isnt dead in the real world after all. they say memory loss happens. maybe sams alive and lost his memory in the dream world

What I like best about this show is that you're never 100% positive what's going on. And just when you think you've got it all figured out, the rug gets pulled out from under you.
