  • посмотрел трансформеров 3...теперь я знаю откуда америкосы содрали Шоквейва =)

  • what progrom did you use for this, and is a mouse just fine?

  • @whosthatafghan I'm guessing the program is Adobe Photoshop of some sort.

A mouse would work.. But a tablet would be better, because it has pressure.

  • @maxvalch actually he is allowed to use the persons art work for non commercial uses such as a desktop background, but couldn't let's say, say it's his and sell it.

  • @djSixPool Taking copyrighted artwork off the internet without the artists explicit permission is copyright infringement, I'm afraid. Copyright is in effect as soon as his original work is on the page.

  • Cigars are evil, you won't miss them. We'll find ways to emulate that smell!

  • @GakkiSai ....here on level 2 of robot hell!

  • having painters-block till i saw dis, the music suits the art , makes u think your in a sci-fi dream or movie,...

  • It's a pleasure to see your drawings. Really.

  • do you have a dev art account?? i checked your youtube page and everything and couldn't find out if you did.

  • omfg, 45min o.OO Nice!!!!

  • no chabon me saco la galera loco genial!

  • Dude! I fave'd all your art on Deviant Art. You are my go to inspiration when I'm working on a sci-fi piece. Awesome that you also have videos. This will help me a lot.

  • nice speedpainting and i love the music way to go :)

  • Спасибо Вадим. Крайне вдохновляюще) Ваш музыкальный вкус тоже совпадает с ощущением. Уже увторой раз саундхандом захватываю композицию с ваших видеорилов)

  • You messed it up when you blurred the legs, but other than that it's okay.

  • where did you learn how to draw like that?

  • Amazing - Anyone knows what he used to blur out the legs?

  • @TechnoloZical he used a motion blur xD

  • @blackbonexxx I see. Thanks :)

  • @TechnoloZical motion blur AND/OR smudge tool both works for that purpose, a combination of both

  • Favorited :)

  • i need those brushes o.O

  • thats fucking sick man! :D

  • wow great work

  • just one question, how many layers did you use for this?

  • your telling me he made this with just a circle brush..

  • epic song to go with an epic drawing, best 9 minutes and 12 seconds i have ever spent, soooo good!

  • Loved it.

  • Fucking cool!

    P.S. :Project Denied...kkkkkkkkkk!

  • I can't find this song anywhere :(

  • i loveee it :)

    and the music too

  • 5 dislikes they must be colour blind, loved the drawing thumbs up.

  • @MrSherbert8

Or they suck at drawing and are bad losers xD

  • what you layering technique? i usually do rough shapes then filter color over but i need something more flexible... Any suggestions? could use ideas for brush packs too i love that one you use in the vid

  • OMG i didn´t saw the entire video before

  • dam man....thats like....shet thats friggen awsome i cracked a smile at like every little detail you did. like..shet...

  • O MY GOD!

  • Amazing man! great work. i need to start coloring like you do, rather than doing underlying solid colors accented with brightness. oh and this painting, imo would be best matched with some form of heavy metal haha. keep up the amazing paintings.

  • when you mirrored the image at 4:04, was that for the purpose of using the brush's angle in the opposite way?

    Great painting

  • @TerrbleTrioHerb not sure if this is the case with him but most ppl reverse the painting to make sure the proportions look right from another perspective, something that looks good one way might be all jacked the other way.

  • @Petersonneman Ahhhh very good point. I think, now that you mention it, I must have heard that somewhere before. thanks!

  • @TerrbleTrioHerb np =D

  • let put him him into a manga or something

  • Very nice! :)

  • eres muy weno 5 estrellas

  • Wicked

  • looks like a terminator- better

  • looks like a necron put on a tau firewarrior suit on ;) !

  • I must say that this is the most beautiful picture I have ever seen. In a "I'm gonna shoot your ass," way I suppose. Haha! The details are really refined as well and I like the blur at the bottom. It creates a war effect :) Everybody loves war right? Hehe... I swear I'm just kidding. xD

  • the barrel of the gun was too elongated, but once you put that motion blur, it almost unnoticable

  • This very very AWESOME! ;)

  • pretty sik

  • ur art is fucking awsome i whish i could do that :D

  • cool pic, pretty sweet rendering skills.

  • do you do much planning before a robot design like this one

  • i'm new to PS so i think the general steps are: block in the basic shape use a customized brush on another layer for a busy background as well as noise for the character flip it to see if the pose looks okay palette of earthtones used lighter midtones are added then highlights, glowing lights since it's a robot, shading, finer details a light source from the rear added possibly a gradient is used for the bg texture used adjustment layer blur effect grungy brush over text
  • why do you always "turn" the picture? by "turn" I mean, the robot is on one side and then you turn it and he will stand on the other side, like in a mirror. Does it help?

    sry for my bad english.

  • As an artist using a tablet you can't turn the paper, but drawing lines in different directions may cause problems because most of the people are left or right handed. With this it's much more easier to produce nice results ;)

  • At last that's why I turn the pic sometimes... dunno what's up with other ppl :D

BTW nice drawing. You are just awesome. I also bow down before your DW IV entry, it looks like you are just awesome in all arts :P

  • It's flipping horizontally in Photoshop.

From what I've read from ImagineFX, flipping the artwork allows the artist to determine if there are any problems with the general pose, positioning, angles, or overall appearance of the artwork before proceeding any further.

Once the layout feels right and looks correct, the fun begins by adding details.

  • looks so easy^^

  • wow, where does that come from, why don't i got any of that?

  • holly shit..........

  • That's fucking cool!

  • Amazing! Congratulations!

  • Awesome job!

  • damn i like that music ;)

  • very nice!

  • this looks like halo and gears of war put together

  • You mean ... like ... Galo? :p

    Absolutely awesome work.

  • ya like! ...galo..........

  • Question - what's the average size (in pixels) of a picture like that?

  • that depends how big you want the picture

  • Cool style, nice music, awesome robot.

  • fantastic

  • awesome :) i like your style

  • Hello

what you used you would eat a pencil tool or brush tool at the drawing ? pls tell me

  • What are you trying to say?

  • that was awsome what was that song who's it by??

  • how about to read description?

  • How do you link opacity to pen pressure? I'm trying to find the same brush setting this artist use but can't seem to find it...Anyone of you knows what it is?

  • absolutely awesome

  • slipgatecentral:

what brushes are you using to simulate painting techniques?

like do you just change the opacity or what?

  • a words of a man who doesn't even know how to do such painting...it was a tablet first of all...by the way Corel Painter makes drawing to be like real paint in working matter.

and how unsighting to put your nose in the sphere you do not belong. out

  • excelente

  • wow very nice

  • I'm speechless...; There are no words that can explain the power of your drawing; It's as if you molded the image out of pure thought... How else can I explain my reaction to your drawing?

Wonderful drawing! I loved seeing how it came to be! Thank you.

  • can u telll me the size of the brush? type and the opacity!??? please

  • Looks like he uses a normal hard round brush for the sketch and a chalk brush for the painting. And the size and opacity, obviously, vary throughout the piece; but I'd guess he's usually at about 60% opacity.

  • really cool thanks

  • what program do you use to make this pleass reaply

  • He uses Adobe Photoshop.

  • thanks dude
