but i did a little reading about her before making the video. and found that she is a roman/greco goddess, a protector of gateways, crossroads and entrances. so it seemed that she was perfect for this song. but when posting this, i really expected it being cried down by ppl how know more about her. and telling me i'd got it totally wrong.

Dave, as a big fan of Hekate, i think this is the most perfect video and a great homage to her, everything is open to interpretation and your interpretation is perfect; Hekate has always been the Crone-mother offering us protection and guidance, just like Lily does.

@bbaker4815 The fire dance is from Spanish director Carlos Saura's film Amor Brujo (Love the Magician). There's an amazing dance by Antonio Gades and Cristina, Danza del Fuego Fatuo, also from this film. It's on youtube.
