  • omg her italian is teriblle, she is to much american, like she is singin che fiero costume on english..and yeah:voice without talent and any tehnic...my advice, try with pop music and forget this

  • How old are you? And what version of this song are you doing, is it from the 24 Italian arias book or the 26 because your text sounds different...

  • Emma was 17 when this was recorded last July.

This version is published by Schirmer and copyrighted in 1894.

  • the text is def different, and even though the singing is vey good, the pornounciation is a little off. VERY GOOD JOB!

  • i think it is the 24 because i have the same text as this in my 24 Italian songs and arias book

  • Are you sure about the meaning your found to this song? I'm pretty sure that it is a song about a man who is furious about the fact that Cupid has caused him to fall in love again. Also, in Italian, vowels are ALWAYS pure. The "ay" vs the "eh" sound for the "e" vowel is the most difficult thing about singing Italian, if you don't know what it is you should look it up to be sure. Other than that i absolutely loved the tone of your voice and the high (g?) at the end was very nice.

  • I agree about the meaning...It is not a lament about the lose of a love, but it is a person who is angry that "cupid" has made him fall in love.

  • Emma's explanation was the one they gave her at the summer program. They told her about the alternative explanation, but her teacher preferred this one so she went with it.
