That's not true. You can dual-boot Windows 2000 and Xp Without problems, i've tried.

You know guys, that Windows Xp is a Gamer version :) That is why i Downloaded it, plus, i can download Programs that you can run without Administrator :)

@Mateuszturbo011 ermm.. because when you run a virtual machine your RAM needs to run both operating systems, causing the vm to lag? If you dual boot, your ram only has to run the one operating system of your choice.

Whenever i install windows 7 on my acer 5738z, my xp gets wiped-off! They both were installed on different partitions. When i install xp on 7, the latter gets wiped off and vice versa! Why is this happening? Please help!

hackers have Cracked the code of XP and there a lot of Spyware and viruses

won't been to long till they Crack the code of Windows 7 and start making more :(

Make sure you're have a dual boat system, then try to reinstall xp ( first ) , then reinstall 7 ( seconed )

Hello, I'm in a hurry, so I might make a stupid quiestion. I have 2 HDDs on my computer. On the biggest (500GB) HDD I had Windows 7 installed, then on the smaller HDD (150GB) I installed Windows XP on it. Now, how can I acces to Windows 7? PLEASE ANSWER AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE! I'M BEGGING!

Well, you need to create two partitions on your hard drive. One which will be for XP, and the other which will be for 7. Then, set your BIOS to boot the CD Drive First. Pop the DVD in and when it goes to the Windows 7 install, go to the advanced options and install it to the partition you made for 7. Then, reboot your computer.

@baseballrock4life17 You need to use the Windows XP CD for installation otherwise if you use the 7 CD again, you'll have two copies of 7 installed.

@baseballrock4life17 That's what it's supposed to do. When it says Setup Is Starting Windows, it means it's starting the installation.
