@musicalmathnerd not every sixth grader's skin is flawless. At my school, 95% of all the girls had acne or blemishes or other skin problems. I was one of those girls. Sometimes, it doesn't hurt to apply a bit of base or foundation to cover up the really bad days where it's all just RED. Please, people at your school may have perfect skin then, but that's not the case for every one.

Makeup isn't usually worn by girls to attract boys, often it's worn to improve confidence. Not feeling confident in your skin is one of the most shit feelings you can have, and a little bit of concealer can go a long way.
