I thought the rule was that you can have a max of 2 of any class except the Demoman and the Medic. This idea that the Spy is "so whacky" that you have to have both teams agree on the use of Spies before-hand sounds crazy. The Spy's purpose is supposed to be a surprise. His job is hard enough as it is.

I encourage you to. Make a whole new Spy-metagame. Search "DL blatant failstab". The Spy mainly goes for that Medic-pick, and you see how quickly the team responded.

Spy is a utility class, it gets used under certain situations, just like pyro, sniper, heavy, and engy. They are used when the situation warrant it. Pyro is great last point stopper on gravel pit. Engy is B gravel pit, sniper is when needed, see carnage and friends assaulting last cap on badlands.

Why do I always have a fps of 20-40, mostly around 30..

The Geforce 9300GE is the bottle neck. I am not sure if that an integrated chipset. You could do well to get something like the HD4770, runs very well and has similar performance to the HD4850. I have a HD4850 and average about 75 at 1440x900. He got it to work so well because of some of the very useful features in Source Recorder. Similar to the 1000fps CSS movies.

Yeah. Crits fail, e.g crit rockets kill enemies in one shot (direct) (for heavies one crit + normal rocket) and also demoman crit kills ALL enemies with a crit (direct).

they were planning on going to 20id but i think they didn't like how pandemic ran their teams and business. they still have reptile and oplaid is actually still on their team.

They joined 20ID right before ginc decided the fold the team. So dummy, jmitchell and a few guys from 20ID reformed ex. Pandemic is still the dream team though. They picked up quite a few great players for fill the gaps
