to go from the skull at 1:53 to the one at 1:54, did you just use a dremol tool or something to sand it down and get that smooth look? It's just so hard to belive that is hot glue.

What do you use to hold the cardboard together, I'm curious. Most specialty paper adhesives can't stand up to any sort of punishment. Unless of course you're using plastic cardstock instead?
