Sturm's sacrifice was noble and brave. I couldn't bring myself to grieve over his death, because he was in pain and in misery. He also did such a noble thing, shooting the dragon's wings to buy time for the others. If only he could've seen Alhana again... he was such a wonderful character. Dragonlance was extremely well written!
@purplestar902 Thats the thing though. If he had met her again he would've had something to live for. Wish they had met but you know that the authors always have to kill of the best characters T.T

@birdcagemind well in the first book he follow the code too much...making it a bit foolish but his action is interesting non the less like the way he offer his help to Goldmoon, and the best part is his action won the heart of Alhana without he himself knowing it...
