There's no difference between the elite and Spartan. The elite has less armor but Halo's not an RPG you don't have stat numbers.

Spartans are taller. Spartans also have a more rigid stance and appear taller, with elites it looks more like a fighting stance.

Wait, wait. He plays as an elite, and you can criticize him? If Bungie didn't want people to play as elites then they wouldn't have put them in there. Even if somehow you CAN find a logical reason to criticize him you would be blamed can be criticized as well. Remember campaign? You play as the Arbiter, an elite.
