My mom's ex-boyfriend is saying my mom is crazy when he was the crazy one. Courts will not issue a restraining order if there is no purpose for it or if they think the person is not being truthful. Judges can tell when someone is not being truthful, it is what they are supposed to do. I have been to enough court cases to know this.

Look up this. Court records are public records, so you should have no problem accessing them. Online you have to pay a small fee (something like $5 for up to 99 records). And there are a lot with this case. If you feel strongly about your side, pay the fee. Get proof before spewing ignorance.

I work in the legal system, and I have to say that courts are far from perfect. Courts will back a lot of horrible decisions, and judges can be very biased when it comes to cases like this. This is a personal issue between two people that was subsequently sorted by courts, since it got so bad. While I have my opinion and would express it, it is not my place to speculate who is lying.
I will say that Coyote Shivers had no right to put this shit on the internet and is disgusting for doing so. It is clear was his aim was, in a world where his career is mediocre and his ex-wife is at the top of her game. It is not the business of fans, and using us to bully the other is sickening.

Where is your proof of such claims? People with these afflictions would not be able to function on a top TV show. Pauley functions, delivers and is a hard working woman. She is active in numerous charities, gets up at 5am when filming NCIS and even manages to go to church every Sunday.

I think both Pauley and Shivers are both a little crazy, and are each hiding their own fair share of the truth, but to statements that bash on Shivers's career are a little low. Especially when he's putting himself on the line making videos himself while videos like this are being made by supporters and not Pauley.

I don't usually comment on such things, but I've often found that with any "story", there's never smoke without fire. Meaning every story starts with some grain of truth to it. That's not saying it's all "just a story", either. I believe in such stories that there's alot of truths, and different versions thereof. Well, if Mrs.Perrette is lying why have the courts backed her? and everyone knows how sensitive the U.S justice system is to rape victims it seems like Mr.shivers lost and is crying foul. If he is so sure of his evidence why doesn't he have his own investigation done? there are lots of courts including criminal ones who take making false statements and perjury very seriously I am not overly impressed when someone who is accused of rape uses a walmart web-cam and broadcasts from his bedroom.

I work in the legal system, and I have to say that courts are far from perfect. Courts will back a lot of horrible decisions, and judges can be very biased when it comes to cases like this. Why doesn't he have his own investigation done? He doesn't have the money, because Pauley took it. While Ms. Perrette has high priced lawyers who can pull a lot of tricks out of the bag.
Mr. Shivers has evidence to back up his claims, what does Pauley have? Money.

Pauley Perrette is the guilty one. "Mr. Shivers" has made two videos in the course of a week with written, and photographic evidence not to mention a ton of witnesses including an old roomate of Angela Garber to back everything he says. Your video showed nothing that would make me think she's not making a false claim. A news article isn't going to sway anyone. I read it through and through with an open mind and still lean towards "Mr.Shivers" case.

YES IT IS TRUE. Angela Garber Sobel whatever her name is filed false rape charges and i know first hand they are false. She recanted her allegations did not get in trouble for perjury and they continue to harass Mr. Shivers..i also know this first hand. Other woman who are raped do not come forward because of people like this read up on rape statistics.
