Qowa48Gaza I think you should have another look at the orcs in this film, because contrary to your comment that they wear 'mainstream battle clothes' you'll find that each of them is individual in their clothes and equipment (they have picked up different parts of armour from fallen enemies), which is why I think the film looks so good - take a look at a film like 'In the name of the King' and your comment would be absolutely spot on :-)

I love LOTR but this is really weak. I dont mean because of special effects ..no its great, but if orcs are so worse fighters everyone would win against them to everytime and if the orcs where looking for someone and are for a long time in the wild they would wear other clothes and not these mainstream battle clothes which you copied of sieges.

There are 2 branches to the Numeanorean Kingdoms-The Kingdom of Gondor in the South is where the Steward reigned after Isilder was killed until Aragorn assumed the throne and restored the line of Numeanor with Elvish blood, and the Kingdom of Arnor in the north that was was reduced to the Dunedian tribes but hid the heir of Isildor, Aragorn until he was brought to Rivendell. That form the books and from a total LORT geek....

I am no lotr expert and have hard time with names but was wondering that in this movie they have a son called Aragorn and in the end Aragons father dies, yet in the 3 lotr ring movies the king who is brainwashed (by the same person who later kills Saruman) who I assume is Aragorns father is still alive? or is it that the Aragorn in this movie is the one who becomes king and it is his child who is the main character Aragorn in the 3 movies?

@akumie2 Aragorn was the last man in the line of kings called Numenorians. they were the kings of Gondor. Aragorn had to take the throne or let his family line die out, so there would be no more kings if Aragorn didn't become king. The guy who died was Denethore, he was only a steward, but it had been so many years since there was a king in Gondor that he was big-headed. in a nutshell, no, aragorn didn't HAVE to be king, but it was become king or let his family and their honor die out.

It was probably half a year, and with Gilraen already pregnant (most likely about three months pregnant--when most women are _sure_ things are okay, and they're not going to lose the child), she would have had the baby six months after that. And there's the timespan of one year.
