whats up man! love the vid.I just lost about 85lbs on my own without exercising,im 32 yrs old and even though i lost so much weight im a soggy mess,mainly my stomache.Should i double up on this vid or any of ur vids? i need to lose all this extra fat.Any suggestions would be helpful.

Get your protein - stay away as much as possible from bread - or shop for healthy ones such as LifeStyle - you can get that a local walmart, or Jewel (if in chicagoland), Meijers as well
Er, instead of doing those "get down" or whatever , the ones where you like jog in one place, can i just sprint for like 10 meters or something instead of doing that? Just askin.
