  • she didnt cure her diabetes she just doesnt eat carbs so therefor doesnt need to take insulin for the foods she eating. like if i eat bacon and eggs i dont need insulin cuz meat has no carbs and eggs only have 1gram. veggies are super low carb too same with cheese and some other stuff. i could eat all that shit too and not take insulin if i wanted to but its pointless. and im pretty sure the A1C test is just like a average throughout the previous 3 months, but im not sure

  • I'm 40 year old hypothyroid and my daughter is a 7 year old dibetic. Yesterday I was doing some researh about the pancreas because in the past 2 years that my daughter has been diabetic I have learned a lot about diet and nutrition. What I discovered was that there is a third hormone produced by the pancreas, and other parts of the body as well, called somatostatin. When pH gets low somatostatin comes out and it basically blocks thyroid and pancreas hormones from being produced.

  • I'm confused because they always advised me to eat more protein meat, but the others say to go raw, which I don't mind.

  • Definately take some time to look at how Vitamin D3 protects beta cells, and vitamins C, E, and alpha liopic acid helps rid the body of free radicals which damage cells. I became type 1 after my first amalgam filling (mercury posioning) and there is scientific information too about how that affects the digestive system. Use the sun to protect your pancreas, and god bless! I hope I can get all the mercury out.. quick-! I like raw foods too. :)

  • that's the problem, people's limiting beliefs

  • So what does she eat every day?

  • Type 1 is child onset... You sure you had type 1?

Please show a child that has been cured with type 1 that is not overweight. Are there any?

  • @faxchase77

Maybe. Google Sergei Boutenko. Not sure if that is the correct spelling.

  • @faxchase77 Gabriel and Nathan Roman just two examples. Look up Dr. Young's pHmiracle.

  • @faxchase77

from my understanding type 1 can happen at any time, child, teenager or adult.

  • @faxchase77 Your can get Type 1 before your 30th.

  • Honeymoon can be an amazing thing.

  • Nonsense. You were misdiagnosed, it was clearly not Type 1!

  • Why is it all those who seem to come forward say they have been "cured" of their Type 1 Diabetes mention that they were diagnosed several months before? Interesting, since there does happen what is called a Honeymoon period that can last months to a few years. Kind of resembles a remission. Diet is nothing new to diabetes, not in ancient times not now. Not talking about the Allen diet either which was used later 1800's only on the most severe Type 1 sufferers. Yes there are subgroups to type 1.

  • I have compassion and understand it is difficult to believe that Type I's can reverse their disease when you are told your whole life that you will be on insulin for the rest of your life. But please do open your mind to a different universe of information and healing that does exist! AND click the link up in the upper right hand corner to find out more about the movie and study that documents these facts.

  • @LifeFoods I 100% agree with you. People need to open their minds. MANMADE substances (food, vaccinations) caused this disease. An improper balance in body pH is also believe to be the cause of not just Type 1 diabetes, but all disease. I have been eating alkaline diet (80% alkaline to 20% acidic) and find that my insulin needs have dramatically dropped in a month to the point where I am questioning rather I even need it anymore.

  • I got an A+ in Physiology, so I know the difference between Type I and Type II Diabetes. Several people have reversed their Type I with raw foods. It is fact, and documented by medical professionals (meaning they are able to go off insulin). Although more Type II's have been successful then Type I's, it is possible.

  • type one deals with the immune system and ann irregular attack to the insulin producing beta cells veggies aint gonna cure cure it your probably thinking of u having type 2

  • FRAUD. People with type 1 diabetes need insulin to live. No raw diet will ever cure type 1 diabetes.

  • @CureType1Diabetes

I wish you luck, with that kind of attitude. You are going to need it.

  • You cannot reverse type 1 diabetes! It is auto-immune related and once the islet cells are destroyed by your own body, the damage is done. I have been a type 1 diabetic since I was 4 and now I'm almost 40 years old. Believe me, if I could of changed my diet to get rid of my type 1 diabetes, I would of! I think a lot of people get type 1 and type 2 diabetes confused!!!!!

  • @Congo370 Maybe you should give it a try..... you have nothing to lose! You cant speak on something you yourself have not done maybe it did work for her and she didnt need her insulin shots anymore..... "HoPE" its all you have .......

  • @Congo370 Once you get the factor causing the auto-immune response you don't think the beta cells would regenerate?

  • it has been two weeks since i have changed to a raw diet. i have cut down my insulin intake by more than half. raw diet is the answer. i look forward to no longer taking insulin shots. i recommend this to all diabetics.

  • please explain the details behind this: as far as i know type 1 diabetes is from destruction of b-cells in the pancreas generally from autoimmune processes so please explain how vegan diet regenerates these cells....or ¨cures¨this problem....now if it assistes in managing it then i understand but curing is a whole other ball game people

  • The cells are not destroyed.

    Natural food healeds your body.

  • In Type 1's, the Beta cells are destroyed by the body's white blood cells. For many years we have been told that they cannot regenerate on their own. However there have been several experiments in the last few years that show beta cells can regenerate on their own.

  • The beta cells are destroyed by islet specific white blood cells. However, there are multiple lab tests proving that these beta cells will regenerate on their own, given the proper environment. It is that the islet specific white blood cells keep attacking the newly formed beta cells.

  • @ToniSkit youre just not going to do a raw diet for a month be cured and go back to your before diet...... this is a lifestyle change and as long as you keep up with raw lifestyle then you will not need diabetes med...... if anything the diabetes meds are more harmful to your bodies than what its actually doing for it !

  • Some how the CD8 cells get sensitized to destroy your pancreatic beta cells, This starts a monoclonal cell line whose whole purpose is to reproduce & destroy Beta cells. These CD 8 cells keep multiplying to keep attacking your beta cells. Your body grows new beta cells which are antigens in the eyes of the CD8 cells. The cure would be to commit complete genocide on the CD 8 cells that are sensitized to attack beta cells. That is what it would take to cure type 1 diabetes.
