  • I never saw these 8 tracks for real. Few questions:

    1. Is the name 8-track, because it can only store 8 tracks ?

    2. Does those tapes were out ?

  • yes you have 8 tracks but 8 tracks below each other so it doesn't mean you have one track for one song but it means that you have for one track about 3 songs or more so for every track there are about 3 songs and 3x8=24 so I'm sure the whole tape can save about 24 songs or maybe a bit more or less and yes they were really famous inside the usa in from the 60's to the late 80's I think we never had them in germany sadly...

  • ugh vinyl is where its at for real. I'm talking about sound not convience.

  • Both of those suck! I prefer my 1970s 8-track deck, my 1940s console radio/phonograph, and my 1982 Walkman (all of which are analogue, which has the best sound quality).

CD players are just shite, and iPods are even more of shite. Give me pre-'90s analogue equipment anyday.

  • Nice classic player! it's "JCPenney 8 Track Player" not "JC 8 Track Player"!

  • Powerful sound out of the small speaker!
