I think it's a matter of how you interpret it. It could mean to you that the 'Code Monkey' in this video likes 'you'(the girl), which I think is most common. But, it could also be taken as 'Code monkey is like you', meaning you have a boring job, and you have a secret crush on a girl you know you'll never get. Hope this makes scene!

In this video(since it was before I had Pets) i had to use a different method, kind of hack to get the picture in game. However, newer Expansions(I think Pets and above) let you do custom images as paintings. All you have to do is put the picture you want in the My Documents/Ea Games/Sims 2/Pictures/ folder, then go in game and select custom painting. You have to have I think over 5 or 6 creativity skill but I'm not sure.
