Another thing to note is that they also talk about how it was the Mizukage's country that the Akatski had originally formed and the 5th Mizukage admits that it seemed like the 4th was being controlled by someone.

3 things 1. if Obito claims to have the power of Madara, who would he have stole his new eyes from? 2. We know that he is Madara he says he is when he talks to sasuke, Itachi says that it was Madara who helped him kill his clan. 3. Since we know it is Madara via his admiting to it, and itachi saying he is, then why doesnt he look like him? (Theory) The reason is because Obito was "Possessed" by Madara's chakra/spirit as he or after he died. Because of Madara's awesome power he healed obito.

And, some of you like to assume that because he or she looks like someone, that automatically means it's them. Why does Tobi now have short hair, and wears a mask? To conceal his Identity. And, from Chapter 400- In hell, you can clearly see that Madara had his usual long hair from Konoha's founding, during the flashback with Itachi.

Permanent Mangekyou dosn't mean that its always on, not even Itachi keeps his mangekyou on at all times, his sharingan is activated, but not Mangekyou.

Just because he has a "Perm Mangekyou" doesn't mean he has to have it activated at all times. The same with the regular sharingan. Uchiha Itachi was able to keep it activated almost 100% of the time due to his expertise with it and his Chakra level. Honestly, can people stop with these stupid conspiracy's about Obito? HE HASEN'T EVEN APPEARED IN THE ANIME. HE'S A MANGA ARC ONLY CHARACTER. Live with it.

I don't think that Obito is tobi. Tobi even admits he's Uchiha Madara when he is talking to sasuke about Itachi. and when Itachi said an everlasting mangekyo I think he meant that he could use the sharingan and not go blind. and Madara could have just gotten a haircut before joining the akatsuki. also in the kakashi gaiden the 4th said that both Obito and Rin were dead because he checked so I don't think that obito is tobi.

SPOILER itachi clearly said that madara is immortal something about his chakra potency which would mean he is over 100 years old now obito a mere child could never take the role of a centurian furthermore obito was a trashy ninja and i doubt if he could develop advanced time/space justsu in 20 yrs from his skill level at that time not even kakashi did and he was way more skilled, he would never be capable of being mizukage either. If tobi is taking on madaras role then where is the real madara?

Obito and Tobi do look like a close spelling, and Madara should be like ancient, and he only use the right eye cause Kakashi took his left eye. He has short black hair like Obito did. I'll just throw out a theory maybe the old Madara has a body switching technic and he came across a young dieing Uchiha and healed Obito sealed himself inside him so he could use the Sharingan. I think it is Obito, but as you see in the manga, when Itachi got help from Tobi to take out the Uchiha's, Tobi's hair was long like Madara's. You always can't go for hair. The only way I think it could be Obito though is if those pins in his body were actually from Pain. Look at Tobi's age as well. Tobi's age is the same as Kakashi's. Hmm...

Its Obito with Madara´s Soul. Itachi said to Sasuke after he killed the Uchiha Clan that 3 people can use the Mangekyou Sharingan, so Itachi Sasuke and Obito.
And we all know that Madara fought Sho- and Nidaime and lost ("died").
But a man with a permanent mangekyou shouldnt die that easily, im sure he saved his soul, i dont know how maybe put it in an other dimension and waited until one of the potential mangekyou user died so he can get a new body...thats my opinion

Also madara uchiha helped kill the entire uchiha clan with itachi tht dark day. When he killed the clan why not take his borthers eyes while hes at it. Also if itachis alive then madara will be as well. Meaning madara had more of a chance to live then obito did.
