The day that everything seemed to change for me and I felt like I couldn't go on, this song was being played really loudly by one of my neighbours and it was like it was being played in the room with me. It made me stop and think, and I cried. I cried so hard.

The song seemed to be on replay or something, so I was able to think everything through. When the song stopped, so did I.

And that's when I realised I was going to be okay.
