@kevindwb That was Richard Lee and believe it or not, Paul E would have to be considered ripping him off. Paul E didn't start wearing the baseball caps until 1994 in ECW. This was 2-3 years before.
OK was that the legit beauty pageant winner or was that a female wrestler in training? It seems wild that a pageant winner would do an angle like that (even if she is in the rodeo), but then again I can't imagine Jerry Jarrett would try to put a fake pageant winner on television knowing that a lot of people would see right through it. She was really convincing on the mic though.
