  • sts on 5psi is enough power for most people, even 8psi is able on stock internals

  • hmm well look at this it seems when you put a power adder on a fbody it really is ALOT faster than a terminator like ive always said cobra owners think we just bitch about them BARELY winning and they have superchargers well see what really does happen when you put a blower on a fbody

  • The sts turbo is great. A very efficient system in terms of cost. It is a pain in the ass eliminating leaks but it produces a significant amount of power.

  • I really dont like the efficiency of the STS kit to be honest. I was just there to do the test on the car. No tuning was performed by us, but by Craig Moates, so I really can not say much about the STS system.

  • I don't know why this guy did not like this turbo! They are the easiest to install with the most output you can get from a turbo on the market unless you get an eliminator twin turbo, ls1 turbo companies, or this 700 HP package I can show you. It's the best for your car and idk why but with an LT1 STS with 5 PSI your at something like 500 HP and Torque but on the LS1 you get a lot less gain? Try them out or visit there site because there not to over priced.

  • you get more power from a front mount people buy sts b/c they are cheaper and easier

  • u actually get the same amoutn of power as remote mount and yes it is a lil cheaper cuz u dont need to also buy headers and other accesorries that come with front mount and also compinsating room a ls1 doesnt really have alot of room under the hood

  • ohh yeah i remember that car...that mutha was sick...ran rich and they removed the oil restrictor for the turbo for some reason....that thing was so close to jumping off the dyno and onto the moon...lmao

  • The tach pick up on the COP sometimes does this. Nothing to worry much about to be honest.

    Ahh he had to get better oil restrictors that is all. A bit too much oil pressure flying into the turbo.

    And is that smoke normal or something up?

  • the odd looking dyno curve is caused when the clutch or some issues in the transmission are present.

    The smoke was due to the turbo needing better oil restrictions.
