  • You should be more carefull with the rim then what he is.

  • The last thing he said about the valve stem is so true

  • sorry, mate, but you are using too much force.

    its all about technigue

  • how can you tell when you need to change the tires?

  • He didn't say anything about how not to pinch and wreck the new tube either.

  • explains very nicely! the best here ...

  • Im gonna get rid of his fucking smirk

worse fucking hour of my life and i manage to get it on and come to find out the tires popped this is a bullshit video! boo!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hardest freaking part is getting the damn tube stem through the hole in the rim!

  • Sort your fucking life out mate!

  • not near as easy as he makes it out to be! not sure if i fallowed the instructions as pointed out! but i had a hell of time! i actually gave up for the night

  • i did the same thing as you and i broke my tire levers willu pay them back ?:p

  • @giannipoeper You buy them from China?

  • That tire is obviously a lot softer then the tire i am trying to put on, i bent my tire levers...

  • wrong

  • hey i wanna know if you can lose compression of your engine when your expansion chamber is loose (the spring broke) my bike has virtually no compression its a yz100 it feels like a kickstarting scooter almost

  • @davison1021 A 100 cc bike needs a new piston ring after about 600 miles, a new piston after about 1,500 miles. They have such small power that they have to be revved real high to get thru mud and sand. I would NEVER buy a used 125! On the other hand a 360 will not need a piston ring for about 5,000 miles, a piston until about 11,000 miles. Especially if you take care of your bike by cleaning and reoiling the air filter often, using quality 2-stroke oil, breaking it in and warming it up slowly.

  • lets see him do that with a dunlop d952 on a dual sport bike rim that has TWO rim locks...i work at a moto shop and even with the tire machine its a pain in the ass...couldnt even imagine doin this shit by hand on the trails

  • Lol at how soft those tyres are, trying to get some knobblies off my 250 they might as well be forged out of steel lol.

  • Years ago I tucked the tire iron (lever) under the disc and was not paying attention and

'WHAMO' it came off and slammed me in the forehead and almost knocked me out...just a word of advise to watch that it does not slip from under the disc, it is very dangerous. Could have lost an eye or worse...good luck!

  • He didn't include the last part of putting the tire on about the last 5-6 inches or so. To do that part you HAVE to put pressure on the other side of the tire!!! The tire will creap up off the bead on the other side and make it near impossible to install. Believe me I went through about 3 tubes and bent my tire irons first time I tried. IT'S ALL ABOUT TECHNIQUE!!!

  • @VtecInDaHizzy check out a bead buddy makes it easy

  • its not that easy to pry the tire off fucknut!

  • can someone help me i got a rmz250 and it shoots flames can somone tell me whats wrong

  • awesome step by step tutorial. changed out the back tube on my yz250f, never done it before and had it done in one hour. saved $50 in shop labor! Thanks!

  • @SeeBeforeBuilding My shop only charged $20. That damn sure beats doing it yourself any day.

  • I thought he had a cool accent...

  • I have an xr 50. Can anyone instruct me on how to take the tire off the bike? I need help now

  • Some of you people need to get a life and stop slagging off stuff that is entirely unimportant. This guys technique is fine. There are plenty of different methods; it's just a case of practicing and finding what suits you personally. A good set of levers and warm environment is a good start.

  • good method and i really like the talk idea. good video. thanks.

  • Wow, I use to dismount like him. But, then I saw a Dunlop video and is was faster and easier.

Cheers!, ( i guess that's what they say over there)

  • look this video is very helpful to me. if you dont like this guys advice then dont watch the video. im american and i dont feel the same way as these other patriotic usa cunts feel. if u dont like it then keep your shallow opinions to yourself..people like this is y other countries hate americans

  • This was a great help. I was half-way through a change and couldn't proceed. This showed me what to backtrack and redo in a different fashion; then it all went smoothly

  • wtf is wrong with americans, they hear a foreign voice then immediately go into ignorant mindless dick attack mode

  • im american btw, so dont go all super patriot asshole on me

  • HEY GUYS, can i get some advice; i just got my first dirtbike and need to get new tires...i ride dirt trails, some street and gravel, and some sand, not much tho..should i get an intermediate tire for this type of riding? or intermed. to hard?

  • stupid loser, dude is ugly as fuck, aussie kunt

  • AUssie pride faggot

  • wtf is a bum bam

  • @bellew93 its bum bag. its where he keeps his dillydallys. crykie

  • one of the better, more detailed videos on this procedure... thanks!

  • Cool. Thanks for posting this.

  • an ass bag?

  • wtf is a bum bag?

  • HAHA bum bag at :30

  • LMAO.... take your tool out of your bum bag.... nice touch.

  • big fuck off vid for a easy thing

  • i love how he like skips the whole thing when its getting the last bit bacck on, like for fuck sake its impossible i mean fucking whores, i'm trying to do this right now and its way to fucking hard like cmon now

  • you left out the step where you swear and pretty much beat the tire in after getting frustrated.. or is that just me?

end up kicking the tire into place ;) probably not the best method but calms you down.. mx's greatest stress reliever =]

  • loll, right with you

  • come do mine :)

  • Lovley non existant rim protectors.

  • I Dont think this dudes method is good.

He Lacks Alot of detail and theres easier ways.

  • What are those tools he uses called to pop the tire of the wheel?

  • tire levers

  • Thanks!

  • @tjalolx tire irons

  • @tjalolx GOD YOUR AN IDIOT

  • @Tabesification whoa, no need to be an asshole, especially after watching an instructional video.

  • this is bollox....i have to leave the last part of the new tyre about to be levered over..with a small hot blow heater right on the rubber to soften the last part so it slips on soft and easy...it is still easy to pinch the tube...and i wud love to change a tyre an have the skin on my knuckles intact..lol

  • its a pirelli mt 16 ??? i have the same its the best m,otocross tiere ever

  • Never used a Bridgestone M404?

  • i cant believe how some people like to struggle with something so simple.this guy is not a profesional.

  • have you ever tried chaingine a tyre by hand cause its realy hard

  • god bless you bro... but check out " easy dirtbike tire change instructions '' and " xr 650 tire change " and you will see what i mean. changing tires is not difficult and anyone who rides and can spare 15 mins. of their time know that.

  • its impossible you clown

  • Trust me I have done thousands of tires and this is the easiest way.

  • That's the hard way. Break both beads to where the rim falls into the tire, then pull the tube and rim lock out. Pull the rim out of tire. When putting new tire on, use lots of baby powder on the bead and on the inside of the tire and tube. Install tire on rim and break the beads to where the rim is sitting on the inside of the tire. Install the tube little by little while bouncing the rim from side to side. Install the rim lock and seat the beads. Fill with air and you are done.

  • thats a fucking soft compact tire so its easy try a fuckin hard compact and dont scratch the black rim

  • I guess it all sounds good. Did you notice they didn't show the real hard part. Look at 4:13 on. Thats the dam hard part.I tried this once and messed up the innertube. I'll just bite the bullitt and go to the shop.

  • LOL ya 4:13 it just skips past the hardest part.

  • lol, never noticed it till it was pointed out. Convienient part to leave out.

  • LMAO he is a fucking dusche.

  • @displayfireworks1 That's when i bent my tire levers

  • @displayfireworks1 I messed up with the rim lock >_> I popped the tube and had to wait an extra day...

  • you need a new sprocket

  • great...no dish soap

  • Great information! THANKS!

  • says on your bike how tight to make the chain., dont push the back brake when you have your tire off and it goes back on easy.

  • ok cool thanks

  • Thanx for the video, this will save me from spending $30 at cycle gear!

  • He left out the part where you scream, curse, and throw your tire iron into the next zip code.

  • lol, some good tips though.

  • haha yeah true. you also crack the shits and let your anger out on the tyre thats half on and end up making things worse aswell

  • @ichykawa

Amen Brother!! It really isn't that simple!

  • @ichykawa lol

  • @ichykawa your comment made my day and im looking forward to exactly that when i change my tires tomorrow

  • Thanks you

  • leave in sunn to soften the rubber .stay away from steal belted tires

  • fantastic video

  • Bravo! Thanks. I am changing from a summer dirt bike tire to a winter studded ice tire. There were two rim locks on my summer tire, but I left one off and I am making slow progress.
