Yep, docters been treatening to but my butt on high blood pressure meds. I got out of the office with out a prescription because I had loss a few pounds, so she said she could see that I was trying. But you know I gained some of that weight back, so I really need to be on my grind.
That looks good, my husband say he don't like it when I make meals with turkey. My Mother in Law said add a little turkey everytime I make the meal,and less beef. He will never know. We will see
