Ground effect is really an issue when debating the facts concerning 9/11 and the Pentagon. watch "National Security Alert" from Citizen Investigation Team! and please watch all the vids from pilotsfor911truth. Do not believe the media, wikipedia, wikileaks ormost of the weblogs. Please investigate - this is important

How is it possible that a plane doing 500mph could skim the lawn at the Pentagon and hit the wall only a few inches above the wall if ground effect is real?
In this video the planes cockpit is way up in the air, yet the Pentagon claim the nose of the plane when right into the wall?
I'm not sure what you're driving at. Ground effect is a scientific principal that has been around long before 9-11. Also, a plane going 500mph and one that is right above stall speeds have markedly different attitudes.

Here are the facts: The plane that supposedly hit the Pentagon was a Boeing 757. The official story says that it flew inches from the ground, at 500+ MPH before impact... so why is the lawn untouched??
The ground effect of a 757, going that fast, that close to the ground would be massive and would have done significant damage to the lawn. The video they released shows that what hit the Pentagon WAS inches from the ground. Therefore it is simply not possible that it was a 757.
you are 100% correct...either the plane was high enough to fly, in which case the hole would have been up in the air, OR it was lower, in which case the engines would have hit the grass. Can't have it both ways!..but .. interesting that some idiot give your comments thumbs down. Lukily for Bush and co. there are mostly just sheep out there.

Very cool! I went to the 2006 conventon in D.C., I loved it! =D

Those conventions are a blast! Especially when I got to fly 2 hours in a 737-500 Level D sim at United Pilot Training Center. Wow!
