When he left her and went to cali, he was only 18 years old,I´m sure he never wanted to hurt her,but he just couldn´t handled his feelings.Then he grew up,wrote a book for her, co-owned a bookstore, got rory back into yale,came back several times, begged her to come with him and so on. They were made for each other, you can see that easily. I´m surw ASP had them together at the end <3

The amount Jess cared for rory is amazing. He helped her out with the sprinkler, then put it back on because he knew that dean should be the saviour. He gave her that umberella when she was sat there. he loved her from the day they met, even when he found out about dean. he tried to get her, because its what he truely wanted.

Its so sweet how they can sit and talk about books and kiss like nobody's watching. perfect<3

And while that may not seem like a strong connection or whatever it could get wierd. Yes they could have made him not related to Luke but that would have screwed up all the chemistry and connections

I do wish they'd make a Gilmore Girls-the movie where Lorelai and Luke finally gets married and Rory gets back together with Jess. They never really broke up, they just got torned apart by circumstances.
