  • That was quite a while ago, i think about 4 moths... maybe less.

    Hmm i dunno how we found them, Potter randomly knew how to get there so there was no big problem... :)

  • hmm dunno, i just dont like randomers going there, it just seems a more polite thing to get in contact with someone from Sheffield to go there with. Its our local spot, people not from Sheffield dont know all the little things about that place, about how not to get seen by the police ect, it just takes some random person from another city to go there and really hurt them selfs and the police will clamp down on us training there.

  • Your upper body strength doesn't match your lower body strength. Sort it fatman :)

  • hehe i know its weaker and i will work on it soon i think, i just thought that legs are more important than upper body so i decided to get my legs strong first :)

    When your legs are tired train your upper body, when your upper body is tired train your legs!

  • yeah well i suppose ur right but tbh, i actually !like! doing leg conditioning and when it comes to arm conditioning i just cant be asked :/ However, i started to learn handstands and i got a bit stronger already :)

  • Handstands are good at making you stronger at hanstands, nothing much else except dipping strength. It's your pulling strength you need to work on. Pull ups, climb ups, muscle ups and many variations is what you need! I can't believe you of all people "can't be asked"! All this talk about wanting to get faster movements?? You do realise you need to be strong to go fast right!?

    I said I enjoy doing leg conditioning and i meant that i am happy when i do it.

    When i said i CBA with arm conditioning, the only thing i meant is that i do not really enjoy doing it, which didnt mean i dont do it.

    Right now ive got a week off cause of half term holidays, and ive got a smashed knee, so i decided to spend this week on arm conditioning.

    Hope this explains a few things :P

    Its right i have weak upper body, and a bit of a fact that i don't condition it.

    I condition when i feel like it. I condition my quads, calf's, stomach, back and all that stuff, and at the end if i can be asked i train my arms and shoulders too :P...

    Nevertheless, I'm just starting a new arm conditioning program, and i hope im gonna stick to it and do it ... quite often... :)

    Im missing them hell nights now... :P
