well, if you are going to buy a graphic tablet. A tablet pc could be a option, thats because a full size graphic tablet may cost the same (maybe a little bit more,also can be cheaper if you buy it used)than a tablet pc, and a tablet pc would be more useful.

Wow this guy is annoying. I wanted a graphic tablet review since I'm an artist, but nope, nothing. I couldn't even understand his talking except when he yelled (which was often and loud). Doesn't even have Photoshop! Funniest thing is that he uses VM Fusion! He uses parallels!! Epic phail! How can he call himself a nerd? I rate him 2 stars out of pity.

I would like fans and subscribers of him to please tell me why you like this guy. It might make me have a better view of him...

most tablets are not screens....there are only 2 major ones that are displays and tablets and they cost $1000+. The Wacom Cintiq line are displays/tablets, but pretty much everything else is just a plain old tablet.

Oh i know. I just got the Cintiq wx and i looked on the vids here and their site but the problems i'm having havent been answered yet. Like my tablet came with two cd's. One with installiation and another with a copy of photoshope-elements. When i put either of them in the CD- DvD drive they wont install. My tablet's working fine but the cd-drives are what bother me.

Well I recently got the 52 pounds Wacom one the slick black one and I think it's brilliant. Even though it's really small. It does matter you can adjust to it fast. I'm suprise I'm alright handlin it easy to be honest. Although only downfall a bout this product is the Pen it has a button where imo, bad spot, since some times I press it by mistake, since I hold it a particular way, so occasionally my screen moves, but isn't much problem. I recomend any beginers in Digital like my self get this...

you know... I used to hate this lockergnome character but that ron paul sneeze was l33t.

I'm a graphic artist and one huge thing he failed to mention is your computer needs to be up to par... drawing with a tablet is sheer hell on earth for an artist if your computer is stuttering at all.

I'd reccomend doubling up on memory because youll most likley be using Photoshop which is a memory hog especially when working with larger files.

Anyway... yeah. Give me that tablet you bitch.

also for full functionality Chris you need to install the wacom drivers, which are available fast and easy off the wacom site, they update the driver practically every month it seems.

If you're buying a tablet, you should also consider buying a tablet pc, powerful ones are going on ebay cheap these days. You can get an m275 which is a p4 centrino which will run most graphic apps very well and less than most standard tablets. That's the big problem mac is facing when dealing with graphic artists. Plus there are a lot of graphics apps for the pc that aren't available for the mac that are coming out that are like wicked awesome.

usb intuos 1's off ebay are the best deal out there. They're the same pressure levels as expensive intuos3's and almost the same resolution, but like half the cost.
