Why don't people stop trying to compare them to The Beatles, if you are an oasis fan, or think you are, you will know they idolise them so much and Liam said he would rather have been born 20 years before he was to experience the whole beatlemania.

Just enjoy the music as it plays, and stop comparing to every band like it.

I totally agree. Noel is not ashamed in the slightest that they blatantly ripped sounds from the Beatles among many other famous bands & has said it in many interviews.

If they do the original rhythms/licks justice & the bands don't mind, we just get more great music with similar sounds.

@GMacgolfpro Mostly, musically theyre not like the Beatles to me ; more like a mixture of Slade, the 'Pistols & Stone Roses. But this, in my view their 3rd best album out of the only 3 good ones they made, is varied and versatile
