This song is in a language called Kajiuran. The composer, Yuki Kajiura, made up the language. There are a few versions of her Kajiuran lyrics on the net, but she never published the actual lyrics, so all we can do is guess on them.

No this is distinctively Romantic - in context to the language. . .

I don't know if its spanish, latin, or a mix of the two. . . I can hear words like noche and visto but some of the verb conjugations sound more like latin. . .
