So you got one week in the pooper...it happens. It's refreshing to know though that you'll bounce right back from this, more determined than ever.
That's what I like about you, Sars...you don't give up that easily. There's a lot of fight in that short stature of yours!
So keep strong, girlie! Food is the hardest part of losing weight for me too, but so long as you keep up with the daily exercise, it'll be all the easier to get back into the swing of things.
My Weight Watchers leader told me that when we gain weight, it isn't exactly what we did that week, it is what we do the weeks before. Same with weight loss. We must do things for at least a month to see results. Hang in there. I gained also. We can do this!
Don't be so hard on yourself ! I just watched the ved before this one. I myself have retained to lbs of water weight before when I weighed in. However, some times it's gone the next day ! :) Your a pretty girl. And, your healty right ? So, don't hate yourself !!! Us girls have are days don't we. Oh,yah, I might add my son said he things your pretty too. So cheer up ! Don't forget to hold your chin up and , smile ! :)
Your hair looks very pretty. I know what you mean about them taking mega inches. I have that happen to me every time I get a haircut and my hair is curly so it snaps right up. Ugh.

Wahoo I lost a whopping 1/2 pound this week. Thats a total of 1 pound loss for August so far. Bah!! Don't you worry about those two pounds with your tenacity and persistence they won't dare hand around for long. You are doing so good with your running! Went running this morning. Ran 2 miles without stopping then brought the last mile home with a little run/walk.Didn't bring a watch though. Be good. Look forward to your vids this week. Jinx
