Yes this show had to be before 69. Color became the norm in 1967, so all tv was shot in color.

@keaton1895 No, it certainly could have been from 1969. The problem is while the shows may have *aired* in color originally, the producers may have been too cheap to *preserve* the show in color, and so they would copy the episode to a black & white kinescope. This is the case with many game shows created as late as 1970 (Match Game, To Tell The Truth, He Said She Said, etc). Some really stingy producers didn't even bother to save shows, or network wiping policies, etc.

i don think this was 1969. I think it was earlier. The Mike Douglas show was in color before 1969.
