  • 40kg kettlebells aren't heavy

  • respect:)..the most amazing humans are those, who dont look like much and are capable of such things...appearances can indeed be deceiving:)

  • Whenever you clean a kettlebell of any size, keep it tucked into the chest. These are jutting out to the sides, which is extremely worrisome to me and should be to anyone who cares about joints.

  • Looks great

But is there a risk that our generation are going to have severe arthritis and joint problems?

The more I use kettlebells the more I worry about the jarring they cause in certain exercises.

    But I could be wrong.

    Excellent strength any how.

  • this is obviously not good for your joints over a period of time

  • Damn strong!

    How much do you weigh?!

  • Thanks. 179lbs.

  • Excellent strength to weight ratio.

Can I ask what your training normally entails?

I do a lot of deadlifting, snatches, swings and Military presses.

  • no squats?

  • Jeez you're strong!! Incredible!! I'm a KB fan myself and I can appreciate how this would destroy me :)

  • Nice Mr. Shank

Gorilla cleans are effective, but not fun!!

A 48kg flip? Good thing it's your floor in jeapordy & not mine.

Maybe next week a 48kg bottoms up Clean & Press? GO! GO! GO!

  • Love the Gorilla cleans Max, really good stuff!

    + new to me too!

  • Nice work, brotha.

  • jaw. drop.
