  • What treat did you use?

  • @FULANINHOM - You can use anything loaded with sugar. I had students use breakfast cereal but you can also use yogurt-covered fruit.

  • Yay for positive reinforcement, my psych class now uses "sniffy" which is a computer programed rat to teach us how to use positive reinforcement instead of using a real rat.

  • i want a rat god there so freakin smart haha i wanna teach mine (when i get one) these tricks thanx

  • :D Yey Rats! Was this project along the lines of the "Ring the bell and the dog salivates." concept?

  • Pavlov used Classical Conditioning whereas this is along the lines of Operant Conditioning following BF Skinner. Instead of dealing with "natural" responses these are "shaped" using a simple reinforcement.

  • im gonna show my girl friend she if she will get one with me there so mint

  • Having them turn is the cutest thing ever. I want to train a whole line of rats to turn at once!
