Yes hartmusc it is unquestionably the genre of pre WWII Berlin dark carnival music. If you like this style, then you ought to have a butchers listening to Kurt Weil & Bertolt Brecht. It would of course help if you spoke German. But there have been quite a few successful English versions recorded post war. Though I might warn you that its considerable more deleterious then what Ive heard from Dresden Dolls. Good stuff though. :o) Well cheers for now. :o)o:
