hey man my phone got stuck in the itunes and usb cable and i try connecting it to itunes but it doesnt detect my phone

it does no work on vista or mac. It is only for XP. I tried on vista multiple times, it did not work.

it will work on vista and windows 7 but you have to run it in compatability mode with XP.
