Except, in that movie, the world was populated by reatrds, yet they somehow worked out that it helps to elect the smartest man as President. lol. It's been kinda the opposite for us... : )
More readily available, diverse, and quality education WILL naturally and smoothly lower birth rates. And also, it will help create economic growth on a much larger scale. When people have more knowledge with things like insight into business, world affairs, arts, history, sciences, etc etc, they have a much higher chance to create/improve all sorts of things in the world.
Another cool thing of note, of course, Japan's Parliament is investigating 9/11.
I wasn't necessarily referring to Japan as having the model education system, more so just using them as an example that population can decrease naturally as a result of culture specifics- without the use of genocides/final solutions etc.
Who are you referring to specifically as "the NWO"? And what else might make you think THEY're so successful in Japan?
Fair enough. However, it makes no sense at all. The rhyme was based on catching the plague. It described what would happen to you (ring of roseys) the marks on the wrist being the first sign. (Pocket full of poseys) they carried these to hide the stentch of black death so they didn't have to small it. (atishoo etc - all fall down)once you sneezed and felt flue like, that was u a gonna. U'd literally fall down after a few days of that!
Yeah you can't breed for mental stuff, at best that's a nurture thing but even then you'll never teach a Forest Gump baby to be an Einstein adult. Anyone remember Mozart's kids achievements? Nope.
You can breed in physical attributes in humans though. They experimented with it during the Slavery era. Chris Rock goes into it. His bit about Hockey is awesome : )
BUT there is a flaw. Control. Mozart had the ambition combined with the superb brain for music.
Perhaps the kids had the brains for it, but no ambition.
With full on breeding of humans into categories there must be specific training camps put up to where they can harness the potential that the breeding creates or else it will be lost.
Controlled breeding and camps for children? Vee prefer zee term, 'Special Facilities'.
I get what you're saying though, 'It can be done'... but in respect to 'smarts can be passed on', what the fuck happened to George W?
I'm just not sure it can be done ValekShadow, and I'm quite certain it shouldn't be done... Hollywood, for example, would lose BILLIONS if people were smart enough to realize how SHIT Inidiana Jones 4 really was... and what about Paul W S Anderson... homeless within a week.
Yeah, Amadeus gained some notoriety as I understand it. Amadeus' kids achieved dying in infancy, except for the last two, one six years and the the other only some months old when their father died, so he didn't get to teach them.
J.S.Bach (the child of a musical family) lived a long time, had a number of children survive; and one of them Amadeus proclaimed as his own superior.
I understand what you're saying, but you picked a bad example.
As a side note, you can breed for crude physical attributes, but not for elite physical performance. Greyhounds run faster than pugs, but the children of the fastest greyhounds regress to the mean.
Spending big bucks on breeding will buy you bragging rights, but not a winner.
Yeah I typically choose bad examples... but the Amadeus jab was kinda snooty, Leopold aint that famous.. But yeah, you're right... you also got to factor inthat Mozart didn't breed with a genius, it wasn't a controlled experiment... what's her name, Constanza? She was just some groupie I think...
I still believe that smarts can't be honed by breeding though... something will go wrong a la Prof Steven Hawkin (or is it Stephen?)...
Annnnnnnnyway, you're argument was based on ability, not fame. We live in a culture that equates ability with fame ("If you're so great how come I've never heard of you?");
Yep, see, I thoguht Leopold was more of a Harpsicord guy... lol... To be honest IsaacBickerstaffEsq, I only listen to Classical music, I can't even read music, I just like it... My knowledge of Mozart is based on the back of CDs and that Amadeus flick... BUT... I think that makes me better qualified to speak for the average guy about Leopold's fame... being the ignorant dumb bastard I am : )

The "Cure" to overpopulation is simply more education... and the dissemination of more thoughtful, skeptical, artistic, sophisticated culture.
Don't need to kill anyone. Look at Japan, their population is actually decreasing.
The more inspiration/education/aspiration, the more people do things besides simply hump as a form of "creativity".

Japan is one of the model NWO countries and MORE education one of its principle tools.

"model NWO countries"? Explain please.

Options!
In my opinion we could use more nerdy entrepreneurs in America, and less fat welfare moms.

"More readily available, diverse, and quality education . . ."
That is not at all the same thing as more education, nor is it what you will find in Japan.
See John Taylor Gatto's The Underground History American Education (it is the model construct).
The NWO wishes a declining birth rate. It is declining in Japan. THINK about that. That is where they are being successful.
See Reischauer's Japan Past and Present, then just about any book on modern Japan to be found in your public library.

"population can decrease naturally as a result of culture specifics- without the use of genocides/final solutions etc."
Indeed, so if you were interested in promoting a EUGENIC population reduction you wouldn't use cultural manipulation as your ONLY tool, would you?
"And what else might make you think THEY're so successful in Japan?"
Who wrote the Japanese constitution (hint; it wasn't the Japanese)?
