@MrPammybone yes! when you click on "add to cart" the page that opens up will ask if you want the standard yellow or the GORGEOUS pink :) It's a very beautiful pink, lol!!
I'm glad you showed the push up stands, I have the gold's gym pull up bar and it's awesome for pull up and chin ups. It just gets rather irritating having to constantly put it up and take it down when it's time do to do push ups. Also I think those stands offer more range of motion as opposed to using the pull up bar. Would you recommend them? I do push ups on a carpet by the way
@KITTENDELISH They are fun and you get an amazing workout when using them... i never see myself going back to just using dumbbells because I think KB's are much more effective! If you give them a try let me know how you like them :)

and I just wanted to say thank you because it was the thing that pushed me just enough to be able to work out today.
Today I felt absolutely awful, and usually on days like these, I just give up on myself so much that a workout is the last thing on my mind. Then, I usually end up spending a week extremely insecure about myself...
@landth78 I am going to message you, because your comment made me sad. I want you to read my story, I was the queen of insecure. You gotta let go of negative thinking, beauty is all about perception. See yourself as beautiful.
@landth78 Awww!! Bad days suck!!!! But I'm glad this video motivated you to do your workout!! Exercise is always a great way to relieve stress and the accomplishment you feel afterwards is so rewarding! Just remember that we all have those terrible days & we miss our workout but instead of feeling sad and depressed, just begin the next day with a super intense balls-to-the-wall type workout and end it with 10+burpees! That way you'll try not to miss another workout during the week :)
I enjoy these videos! I use Home Dvd's to work out, which I love. I also have all of my workout equipment in my bed room. I have never considered a dip station but, I may now. Do you ever any dance, or kick boxing? Tahitian dance will have you sweating!! I also swear by Bob Harper's Dvd sets I love them. I also do yoga and Pilates on my weight lifting off days. Once again love these videos...i find them motivating. Keep it up!

I love watching The Biggest Looser & he just seems like such a tough trainer yet a teddy bear kinda guy, lol. Glad you enjoy my videos :)
