Loved mine. 110,000 trouble free miles and only sold it to buy a very late model ZR aka 200 in wolf's clothing! Still got the looks. Shame people didn't buy enough of them. Their loss and made the economy poorer too.
Mine is the same color as the first one to show. And have the same ugly interior as on 1:22. Still waiting for my car now, it has run 190000 km and has an Head gasket failure. Still in love with car although everything has been repaired since I've bought it .
They should of made a 220T version. Maybe then, that would of stopped people from buying a 620ti, taking the engine from that and sticking it into one of these.
british people should have supported mg rover more especially the government, now the chinese own them they will be selling new mgs to the uk in 2010 putting money into the chinese economy instead of britains.
pretty car.....just looks perfect....the curves, lines and dimensions are perfect especially with big alloys...my parents bought a new 214i (base model) in mid 1998 - worst car they bought coz it was soooo basic......best rover to buy is a basic 400 416i and the rover 100.....had both cars and were very nice...shame rover have gone......britian is now fucked ont he car front!

@ILovemyTaurus How could you love a taurus? Had one from new and it was the worst car I've ever owned, poorly build piece of crap. Unreliable even with Ford maintenance , handled like a pig , was plain boring (ugly), and the workmanship was appalling. The only reason I bought it was the dealership offered such a good deal...not. No wonder you don't see any on the road anymore. Made sure to buy a Honda/Acura's since then and never had any problems.
