Yes, but only when his LNP activates at about 25% HP.

I like the new Latent system they have in this as well. It's quite unique and not the same as Tekken's.

Yeah, it's pretty cool. Everyone gets like 2-3 more abilities. So far from what I've seen *Does not have game yet* the best LNP is Gaara's. Being able to block specials and get a counter special WHILE your blocking is too good.

no it wouldnt work all u would have to do is throw kunai and they die. even if u block it still does damage. it woouldtn work
