Germans have some great electronic music- Pantha, Ulrich Schanuss etc. but the UK have the best electronic scene in the world- when you've got an output along the lines of Aphex, Boards of Canada, Autechre, Squarepusher etc. etc. etc. there really is no competition from Germany.
